This pedestal sink set is constructed from Maple and black granite. The sink bowl is turned from a solid block of Curly Maple and is approximately 16" in diameter. The granite top has a rounded edge and can be drilled for faucets if necessary. The sink comes fitted a standard drain, or with a client supplied drain piece to match the taps chosen. The drainpipe exits into the wall directly under the top. The pedestal is turned from a 6" diameter piece of Sugar Maple.

A clear and completely waterproof epoxy is used to protect the wood. Polished to a glowing lustre, the highly figured wood grain is almost three dimensional in its look. No upkeep is necessary other than occasional wiping. The price of the set is $2100.
